Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Bacardi Light Rum
- 1/2 oz Myer's Dark Rum
- 1/4 oz Bacardi 151 Rum
- 1/2 oz Hiram Waker Orange Curacao
- 1 oz Monin Almond Syrup
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
Instructions
- Combine light rum, dark rum, 151 rum, orange curacao, almond syrup, orange juice, pineapple juice and cracked ice into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously (and we mean VIGOROUSLY, it truly makes the difference between a good Mai Tai and a great Mai Tai).
- Strain into an old fashioned glass over shaved ice.
- Garnish with a Maraschino cherry and a pineapple wedge.
